In order to attract new ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs from all career stages, this project provides a portfolio approach to ºÚÁÏÉçÇø, with options to obtain market-driven microcredentials and professional education programs in addition to traditional degrees and certificates. Miami will offer these credentials on a range of topics including Agile project management, data analytics, writing, database management, advanced manufacturing, and customer service.

Microcredentials are recorded as virtual badges that include the specialized outcomes or skills earned and are verifiable online by an employer or other institution. The idea represents an outside-in strategic approach to the changing educational landscape because ºÚÁÏÉçÇø needs drive the packaging of credentials.
