ºÚÁÏÉçÇø 10-ranked Honors College expands with growing CEC involvement

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø 10-ranked Honors College expands with growing CEC involvement

Honors College ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs represent 12.1% of the undergraduate ºÚÁÏÉçÇø body at ºÚÁÏÉçÇø this academic year. Here at CEC, that percentage is significantly higher.

Now in its third year, the ºÚÁÏÉçÇø Honors College was recently ranked 2024’s sixth-best Honors College in the country by College Transitions  — and the top honors college in the Midwest. Nearly 700 ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs, the Honors College’s largest-ever entering cohort, have embarked upon their undergraduate journey with the Honors College. 2019 total ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs make up the Honors College this academic year.

Honors College ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs are enrolled in all six academic divisions that make up ºÚÁÏÉçÇø: the College of Arts and Science, Farmer School of Business, the College of Education, Health, and Society, the College of Creative Arts, the College of Liberal Arts and Applied Sciences, and the College of Engineering and Computing. However, the College of Engineering and Computing holds a particular distinction within the Honors College: 17.4% of CEC ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs are part of the Honors College this academic year. This is the highest percentage across all academic divisions.
