Shane Carlin, a 1997 M.S. graduate of ºÚÁÏÉçÇø and the College of Education, Health, and Society, founded Asian Student Achievement (ASA). This 501(c)(3) non-profit is dedicated to propelling Asian and Asian Americans into leadership positions through career coaching and soft skills training. ASA’s custom-tailored workshops have helped hundreds achieve their career goals, providing essential skills and knowledge for professional success.
