EHS faculty present research on graphic novels and inclusive teaching at TESOL 2025

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø faculty members Kelli Rushek, Robin Schell, and Matthew Siegel, all from the Department of Teaching, Curriculum, and Educational Inquiry, presented their research at the 2025 TESOL International Convention & Expo in Long Beach, California.

Their session, Graphic Novels for EL Affirmation and Anti-Racist/Anti-Othering Pedagogies, explored how graphic novels can support English learners while fostering inclusive, anti-racist teaching practices.
