Google Gemini is a free resource for Workspace for Education customers (such as Miami). Zoom AI Companion which includes several features to improve Zoom meetings and conferences (e.g., smart recording, meeting summary capacities, whiteboard content generation) Webex AI Assistant similarly provides meeting summaries, answers to questions based on meeting transcript and right-back summaries.
