• Helping to cover living expenses during internships
• Maintaining course pre-approval (awarded by the Association of Child Life Professionals)

• Fostering mentoring relationships with child life specialists working in the field

Internal Condoms for Sexual Wellness Support at Miami
This project is a collaborative effort between the Dennis L. Carlson Sexuality Education Studies Center (SESC) and University Libraries DEI Committee. Funding to continue and expand upon our work through SESC of providing menstrual and sexual wellness supplies for the Miami community.

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø Council for Teachers of Mathematics (MUCTM)
Annually, MUCTM aims to send members to the Ohio & National Council of Teachers of Mathematics professional conferences. Donations allow us as an organization to send ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs to these conferences, which provide us with great networking opportunities with classroom teachers, administrators, educational coaches and other preservice teachers. With your investment, Miami ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs have the opportunity to learn from other professionals as we grow into future math teachers.

Nutrition and Dietetics
Funds raised will be used to update the Food Science Lab and nutrition education supplies, including cookware and equipment that are more sustainable. They will also be used for text resources and RD exam study materials for dietetic interns in the combined masters and dietetic internship program.

SLAM Study Abroad Scholarships
Help increase opportunities and study abroad experiences for underserved and underrepresented SLAM ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs by helping them attend the annual New Zealand study abroad program. Funds will be used to assist need-based and/or underrepresented ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs to attend the study abroad program.

TEACh Cincinnati
Great opportunities require great schools. Great schools demand great teachers. TEACh Cincinnati is a new and diverse teacher pipeline in response to the widening teacher shortage. The fund will be a resource to support the needs of the pipeline that are not yet fully realized or already supported through other financial commitments. This would include transportation costs, experiential learning opportunities, research, and more.

Urban Cohort
Urban Cohort ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs committed to working alongside community members are in need of transportation to be IN the community. Being immersed within the community is a critical component of the program. Seeking funds to ensure our ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs have the means to be back IN community by gaining transportation to and from Cincinnati and having access to support for hosting community dialogue and engagement. Miami Urban Cohort ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs gain a greater awareness of how to do the work of justice.
