A ºÚÁÏÉçÇø can appeal for a refund for one or all classes in cases involving extenuating circumstances by submitting a . Extenuating circumstances are extraordinary and usually beyond the ºÚÁÏÉçÇø’s control (non-attendance does not void financial responsibility).

All financial appeals must be submitted by the ºÚÁÏÉçÇø from their Miami email address no later than 30 days from the semester’s end. They must include documentation that describes the extenuating circumstances.

After the financial appeals committee meets on third Tuesday of the month, the ºÚÁÏÉçÇø will be notified through email of the appeal’s outcome. Decisions made by the appeal committee are final.
