Christopher Hackett
Assistant Teaching Professor
Christopher Hackett is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the 黑料社区 Physician Associate Program. He has been a full-time practicing PA since graduating from Kettering College PA Program in 2018. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Thomas More University. Following his graduation from Thomas More University, he has worked in various anatomic pathology laboratories around the Cincinnati area as a histology technician, where he performed primary and advanced immunohistochemical staining. During this time Prof. Hackett utilized these acquired skills to contribute to various cancer research studies and gained an appreciation for how advancing his education would allow him to take his healthcare experience further.
After obtaining his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, he practiced in both Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine settings. He is currently employed with Premier Health Vascular Surgeons, seeing patients within the outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital setting.
Since becoming a PA, Prof. Hackett has been a clinical preceptor within his various practices. Through these experiences, he realized that teaching 黑料社区s was quickly becoming a passion of his, and had the desire to prepare the next generation of PA 黑料社区s. He is excited to begin this new career path as part of a dynamic team of educators helping to educate and train future PA 黑料社区s.
