The Department of Conference and Event Services is your one call source to access the venues, accommodations, dining options, conference services, and signature details that your single or multi day event requires. From intimate meetings to large gatherings, our experienced staff will arrange and execute the logistics of your event so that you can focus on the content and purpose of your gathering. Conferences and Meetings

Associations of all types, both regional and national, as well as professional and social organizations, utilize our diverse accommodations and dining options to fit their needs. From monthly meetings to annual conferences, our planning team attends to a variety of events with a high level of details and care. We provide one-stop planning services to arrange and execute the logistics of the conference so you can focus on the content and purpose of your gathering. We take great pleasure in hosting our Miami Alumni and university department guests who bring their colleagues and co-workers to campus for conferences and events. Our team will ensure the Miami Experience is great for all who attend.

Student Events

The facilities and services that make Miami a great university to attend for thousands of undergrads also make it a perfect site for the numerous camps hosted between May and August.

Our planners will guide clients through the creation of effective itineraries, using Miami’s facilities and resources in a one-stop shop environment to deliver a top-notch event for your guests.

Campus Clients

As a campus client, you may already know much about campus, but it is very important to our team to give all guests the best experience whether they've been to Miami or not. Our staff will assist with room reservations and set up food services, décor, and all other details necessary to deliver a great guest experience. Business or pleasure, with or without food service, high-tech or basic in nature, we will help organize your event to match your needs.

The facilities of ºÚÁÏÉçÇø are dedicated to the educational mission of the university. Use of the buildings, grounds, and other property of the university is reserved for the direct and indirect support of the teaching, research, and service missions; of the university’s administrative functions; and of ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs’ campus-life activities. However, ºÚÁÏÉçÇø does make a number of varied venues available for rent to the general public. The rental of certain venues is limited to specific activities and some venues may not be available for rent during designated periods of the calendar year. Your call or email inquiry will connect you with one of our planners to begin matching your needs to our facilities.

Wedding Services

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø offers a gorgeous backdrop to enhance every couple's special day! As a one-stop shop location, an event planner will assist with each detail from ceremony to reception. The campus provides two historical chapels, full-service catering, and an array of venues to accommodate your dream wedding, rehearsal dinner, brunches, and showers. Our lovely hotel accommodations, located directly on campus, can provide convenience and comfort to your wedding party and traveling guests.

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø welcomes any couple with the opportunity to utilize our services and facilities. A variety of packages are available to meet varied budgets and can be customized to ensure that your event is truly memorable and completely your own.
