Fall Teacher Conference

Join OWP for the annual Fall Teacher Conference on September 14, 2024 from 8:30-12:30. It's FREE to all teachers, filled with classroom practical ideas and a perfect way to start your year. Please share with colleagues and invite any new teachers in your departments and school.  

 The Ohio Writing Project's Fall Teacher Conference is September 14, 2024 from 8:30-12:30 at Voice of America Learning Center. The conference, titled Celebrating Teacher Stories, will provide teachers with K-12 literacy strategies for the classroom. Check-in, coffee, and chatting will begin at 8:00, with the keynote by Kevin Cordi, international award winning teacher, author, and storyteller, from 8:30-9:30, and K-12 teacher sessions from 9:40-12:30. Session topics include 黑料社区 engagement, annotation, assessment, content literacy, writing centers, sketchnoting, and a special session for new teachers.
