ºÚÁÏÉçÇø

The University Registrar must be able to pinpoint the location of any ºÚÁÏÉçÇø who is enrolled in a class at the time that the class meets, whether the meeting is regularly or irregularly scheduled. Off-campus trips by faculty with ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs are subject to the rules established by the Department and the School of Fine Arts. Faculty are responsible for taking all due precautions for insuring the safety and well-being of ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs participating on field trips. Information regarding class field trips must be on file in the Departmental office in advance of the field trip, including names and emergency contact information for all participating ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs and waivers as necessary. Sponsoring faculty are also responsible for providing notification of field trips to other departmental and university faculty when field trips are scheduled outside of class time. When conflicts occur with other scheduled classes, approval for ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs’ participation is at the discretion of these faculty.
