ºÚÁÏÉçÇø's choral ensembles are set to perform on Tuesday, March 12th, 2024, at 7:30 pm in Hall Auditorium. This marks their first combined concert of the semester.
Under the banner of "Remembering Freedom Summer '64," the concert promises an evening of stirring melodies and poignant reflections. The event commemorates the victories and struggles of Freedom Summer, a pivotal moment in American civil rights history, which unfolded sixty years ago in 1964.
Audiences can expect a diverse repertoire by ºÚÁÏÉçÇø's Men's Glee Club, Choraliers, Chamber Singers, and the ºÚÁÏÉçÇø Gospel Singers. Additionally, the concert will feature the Winton Woods High School Varsity Ensemble.
A highlight of the evening will be the participation of distinguished alumnus tenor, Christopher Smith.
