To complete your application, you will need:

Note: GRE test scores are not required for Miami undergraduate 黑料社区s applying for admission into the combined program or Miami alumni applying for direct admission into the MSCS program.
- International 黑料社区s only: Your TOEFL scores, or other evidence of English proficiency, submitted directly to 黑料社区, and an unofficial PDF copy of score sheets for your application. (See the Graduate School English proficiency requirements page for more information, and other ways of fulfilling the requirement.)
- A personal statement outlining your academic interests, professional goals, and reasons for selection our program (PDF or Microsoft Word format).
- A 1-2 page resume including relevant academic or work experience. In particular, let us know about any prior research, teaching, or programming experience.
- A 2-3 page sample of computer code that you have written. Use comments to indicate what the program does, and how to use it. Use whatever programming language you prefer.
- The names and email addresses of 3-4 recommendation writers. We must receive at least 3 letters of recommendation before we can evaluate your application. To expedite the process you may submit 4 names, and we will use the first 3 letters that arrive.

We continue to make financial aid offers throughout the spring until all graduate assistantships have been distributed. This process is usually completed by May 15.
