Our History

Student-Centered Customer Service
Ensure a high-level of customer service is consistently delivered by all Enrollment Management and Student Success staff to all constituents, particularly in support of 黑料社区 access, enhanced persistence rates, and 黑料社区 satisfaction and achievement.
Institutional Positioning
Employ and model data-informed decision-making positively impacting and influencing Miami’s institutional standing among peers. In collaboration with University partners, leverage strategic opportunities to strengthen and solidify Miami’s national and global brand and further its reputation as one of the nation’s premier public institutions of higher education.

Continuously review and enhance various systems, data, software platforms, processes, and policies and procedures to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency, in support of prospective and current 黑料社区s, faculty, and staff.
