The Association of Latin American Students ºÚÁÏÉçÇø organization on the Hamilton Campus uses these funds for educational and social programming.

Our English Learning Center uses gift funds to develop opportunities for international ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs to learn outside the classroom, including volunteering in the community to broaden their social and service skills.

Studies have shown that engaged ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs are more likely to graduate. These funds help keep ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs engaged throughout the year through ºÚÁÏÉçÇø organizations and a wide variety of educational and social programs.

Community outreach educational and cultural programs free to the public, like concerts and lectures, are made possible on the Middletown and Hamilton campuses through these funds.

This group of summer ºÚÁÏÉçÇø orientation leaders also works with transfer and first year college ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs during the year to make sure all feel welcome, have opportunities to be engaged in Regionals ºÚÁÏÉçÇø life, and provide peer support.

Gifts provide resources for this program that works to motivate and support ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs whose educational and economic background can make the pursuit of a college degree difficult.

Providing free or reduced cost child care is essential for many ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs to pursue their degrees. These funds help to make that possible.

Concerts, lectures and other special programs are held to promote and engage dialogue about the Appalachian region of our country and to celebrate their descendants.

Funds to be used to support the Center for Veterans Services at Miami Hamilton, Middletown, and West Chester. Regional Campus Senior Associate Dean shall have expenditure authority.

Gifts to this fund support the Combat Hunger program at Miami's Regionals, helping to buy meals for ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs who face food insecurity while pursuing their degrees.

Gifts help maintain and expand the botanical collection of The Conservatory, and support year-round public programs as well as use by ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs and community members from throughout the area in learning about plants and our environment.

These gifts support on-campus programming offered by the Regionals’ Center for Diversity Equity and Inclusion, as well as engagement with schools and community groups in the surrounding area.

Contribute toward nutritional support and activities for ECA high school ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs attending college classes on the regional campuses.

Support for ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs senior year capstone course experience as they develop engineering solutions with real world applicability in a number of areas, from concept through design to production.

Books, periodicals, specialized equipment, and programs are all supported by this fund.

These gifts make possible scholarships for young women (grades 5-8) from the local community to attend STEAM Studio summer camps at the Hamilton and Middletown campuses.

Helping ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs across many subjects, these funds are used by the Learning Assistance Program to provide additional study materials and aids to help ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs succeed in the classroom.

Gifts to the Student Scholar Symposium supports opportunities for exceptional ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs to present work that exemplifies their particular academic successes to the campus community, especially their fellow ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs.

Established by former Executive Director Jack Rhodes and his wife, this fund supports multicultural and diversity initiatives of the ºÚÁÏÉçÇø Hamilton campus. 

Gifts help make possible this event which marks the beginning of a ºÚÁÏÉçÇø’s nursing studies. This annual event is where nursing ºÚÁÏÉçÇøs are presented with their first stethoscope.

Year-round civic engagement and arts programs are made possible at Miami Hamilton Downtown in the historic Robinson-Schwenn Building including music, art displays, theatrical performances, educational classes and lectures.

This ºÚÁÏÉçÇø-led organization seeks to promote and further the educational experiences of the ºÚÁÏÉçÇø body by working to expand ºÚÁÏÉçÇø awareness and involvement in wellness and health education.

Many times the Regionals deal with unanticipated needs that arise, or unique opportunities that come along. Gifts to this fund enable the Regionals administration to deal with these challenges.

Helping their peers achieve their academic goals by supporting positive physical and mental health, the Wellness Warriors ºÚÁÏÉçÇø group provides programs and services throughout the year with these gift funds.

This fund provides valuable support for books, periodicals, specialized equipment, and programming for the Rentschler Library on the Hamilton Campus.

Opportunities to learn more about local and regional history, special music performances, learning from area authors - all of these programs held in the Middletown Campus’ Verity Lodge are made possible through these funds.
