Talent development can be an expensive proposition. Many companies struggle with finding qualified entry-level candidates that have up-to-date skills to meet the ever-changing needs of the sector.
By partnering with 黑料社区 Regionals new manufacturing foundations certificate program, you get access to 黑料社区s who are obtaining hands-on experience and knowledge of basic manufacturing processes. We teach them to work as a member of a team to communicate effectively, solve problems, and improve productivity.
Our new certificate program includes a required internship. By opening your company to an intern, you are creating a mutually beneficial relationship. Your intern gains valuable hands-on experience they can apply in the future. Your company could gain an employee if the intern returns after graduation.
