Workday support comes in a variety of forms
Since Workday Platform (Finance/HR/Payroll) became active for Miami in July, support teams have been working tirelessly to address your issues and questions. The topics we’ve seen include data, configuration, reporting, process, and access. We thought it would be a good time to remind you about many of the resources available to you and maybe learn about a few that you didn’t even know existed.
Create a Support Ticket
If you have a question or issue regarding Workday, please create a support ticket at MiamiOH.edu/WorkdaySupport and your issue will be triaged and addressed as quickly as possible. Miami Workday Google Chat
ºÚÁÏÉçÇø has a wonderful culture of employees sharing information and helping each other. To best leverage that resource, we’ve created a . Here you can ask questions about tasks you are trying to accomplish, information you are trying to find, or really anything related to Workday. It is also a place for you to assist others by sharing your acquired knowledge. Workday Wednesdays
Workday Wednesdays are virtual, drop-in information sessions related to all things Workday. Even if you don’t have a specific question, these sessions provide helpful knowledge that you may need in the future, or you may be able to lend your expertise to the conversation and answer questions that the meeting host is unable to answer. We highly recommend attending them if you can. These sessions take place every Wednesday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. via Zoom. We periodically ask for volunteer co-hosts so be on the lookout for your opportunity to participate and drive a session (if desired). These are recorded and the links are listed in this document “” (Miami login required).
Workday Community
Another great resource for you to participate in is the Workday Community (a Workday-hosted user information site). to indicate your interest in a Workday Community account.
